Phil began his journey in pharmacy in 2002 as a work experience student with Boots. After studying for an MPharm at Medway School of Pharmacy and graduating in 2010, he worked for Boots as a Pharmacist until 2013. He then joined Well Pharmacy, where he served as a Pharmacy Manager from 2013 to 2020. Alongside this role, he worked as a Teacher Practitioner with Medway School of Pharmacy from 2017 to 2022. In 2023, he qualified as an Independent Prescriber with a focus on Anticoagulation through Medway School of Pharmacy. Since June 2024, he has been working as the Pharmacist Training and Development Manager at Paydens Ltd.
