Poh is an Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner. She previously practiced as a registered nurse before qualifying as a pharmacist. Registered for 25 years with 8 years’ experience in primary care, as a GP pharmacist and PCN pharmacist, she leads a team of highly motivated and passionate pharmacy professionals in Chiswick PCN (London). Her transformational leadership style is evident in the way her team has grown and developed professionally. With a special interest in respiratory medicine, Poh is an ARTP registrant and leads her PCN respiratory diagnostic hub. She is also a Primary Care Respiratory Society member and a CPPE Regional Tutor.
