Pharmacy professional for over 20 years and always looked to improve services for the betterment of patient care and staff efficiency. Let’s not always do the same thing because that is what we have always done. Looked at the private sector for inspiration on automation and received the funding to investigate. Successful investigation then made real strides with robotic process automation. Local intervention followed by National roll out. We can all learn from each other but we have to be open to change. Never be afraid to try and fail.
