Richard worked for many years in NHS Quality Assurance, including 16 years as a Regional Quality Assurance Specialist for London and the South East. He then spent a time as the Director of Quality of a Commercial Specials manufacturer before returning to the NHS as Regional Procurement Specialist for South East Coast in 2018 and moving to the same role in the North West in 2023
