Rishi Gupta is the Clinical Management Group Lead Pharmacist for Emergency Medicine. He leads on pharmacy services across the emergency floor, provides input on improving flow, drug policy and service improvement initiatives across the clinical area. In addition to this, Rishi works closely with the system, leading the Care Homes Pharmacy team and is the Discharge Medicines Service Lead at UHL. These are national initiatives which have become firmly embedded into daily activity at Leicester. Rishi is interested in clinical change management and supports a growing team to deliver the demands of the department. More recently, Rishi has been involved with the delivery of the Polypharmacy MDT clinic which has involved engaging with the system to develop full system working.
