Sally Lambert is a registered Learning Disability Nurse with over 25 years’ experience supporting adults with a learning disability across health and community settings. For the past four years, she has worked as Primary Care Liaison Nurse across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, improving access to primary care and reducing health inequalities. Sally is part of the team delivering STOMP/ STAMP initiatives to promote appropriate prescribing of psychotropic medication. She regularly trains primary care teams and delivers carer education events, promoting reasonable adjustments, partnership working, and improved health outcomes.
