Samantha Quaye is a senior pharmacy leader with a career spanning clinical practice, pharmacy education, workforce transformation, and regulation. She is recognised for her strategic leadership, contributions to national policy, and strong commitment to advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion across the system. As a Co‑Founder of Pharmacy Technicians of Colour (PToC), Samantha advocates for sector‑wide approaches to equity and representation. She also serves as Co‑Chair of the Pan‑London Pharmacy EDI Champion Group, leading system partners to embed inclusive practice and tackle structural inequalities. Alongside this, she contributes to organisational culture development through delivery of team training sessions and involvement in staff diversity groups.
