Sara is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist at a tertiary renal unit, providing specialist care to a wide range of renal patients, from early CKD to dialysis and transplantation. Sara is the pharmacy transplantation lead at NBT and an independent prescriber in CKD and tolvaptan clinics. She is Editor in Chief of The Renal Drug Handbook/Database and Co-Director of the BNSSG Kidney Disease Health Improvement Team. Sara is a passionate educator and contributing author to several UK guidelines on transplantation and supported the NHSE/I Renal Services Transformation Project for transplantation.
