Sheetal Ladva is a registered pharmacist, lifestyle medicine professional, and Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellow through the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. She has experience across community, primary, and secondary care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and system partners. Through a joint secondment with Macmillan Cancer Support and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, she leads cross‑sector work focused on person‑centred care for people living with cancer, with a particular emphasis on polypharmacy. Sheetal is the founder of 6pillarhealth, a menopause coaching service, and is passionate about empowering people to live healthier lives. She is also a TEDxNHS volunteer lead, helping amplify the voices of NHS staff and patients on a national stage and share learning across the system.
