Shelly is a senior healthcare and life sciences leader with over 20 years’ experience spanning all sectors of the NHS, translating evidence into national guidance and policy, developing value propositions, pathway design and technology positioning, and adoption and implementation of technologies. She spent 12 years at NICE appraising and enabling market access for medical technologies and developing national guidelines such as the Medicines Optimisation NICE guidance, working closely with NHS, industry, government and regulators. Shelly now specialises in value strategy, market and patient access, and system adoption of innovative interventions. Driven by a commitment to prevention, she champions evidence‑based interventions and value‑based healthcare to deliver meaningful impact for patients and the healthcare system.
