Presently, I hold the position of Regional Pharmacy Technician Lead for Workforce Training & Education within the East of England region. Alongside this role, I fulfil responsibilities as a Life Coach, Author, Medication Awareness Trainer, Mental Health Advocate, Deputy Chair of the East of England Pharmacy Technician Leadership Group, and a Speaker. With over 13 years of experience, my expertise encompasses various sectors including Hospital Pharmacy, Community Health Services, Mental Health Services, Community Pharmacy, and Primary Care. I am a graduate of Keele University with an MPharm degree, supplemented by qualifications in Projects and Programmes Management, Strategic Change Management, and Stakeholder Management for the Public Sector. Currently, I am enrolled in the Level 7 Senior Apprenticeship Standard program.
