Simon brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, spanning both major manufacturers and also one of the UK’s largest pharmaceutical wholesalers. He began his career in NHS sales before moving into marketing, commercial, business development and general management roles, giving him a broad and practical perspective on the industry. For more than five years, Simon has chaired Medicine UK’s Secondary Care Group, helping to shape policy and foster collaboration across the sector. He currently serves as Managing Director of Reig Jofre UK, the UK-based subsidiary of a Spanish specialist pharmaceutical company.
