Susanne Lynch is the ICS Chief Pharmacist for NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, a role she has held since November 2022. With over two decades of experience in pharmacy leadership, she has driven strategic medicines optimisation across primary care, commissioning, and integrated care systems. Her career spans community pharmacy, clinical practice, and senior management, including her tenure as Head of Medicines Management for NHS South Sefton CCG. She has led award-winning initiatives, developed integrated pharmacy teams, and played a pivotal role in the COVID-19 response. Susanne is passionate about workforce development, supervision models, and reducing health inequalities through innovative prescribing strategies. She was awarded an MBE in 2021 for her outstanding contributions to pharmacy.
