Prior to joining Brabners, Thorrun worked for another national law firm where she specialised in healthcare advisory and medical negligence disputes involving NHS Trusts and social care organisations. Thorrun was also part of the team that worked on the Manchester Arena Inquiry, established by the then Home Secretary in 2019.
Thorrun studied pharmacy at King’s College London — completing her pharmacy pre-registration and training in community pharmacy — and studied for a Graduate Diploma in Law full-time while working as a pharmacist. She subsequently studied for her Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management, attaining a distinction.
