Dr. Tiara Gill is a Consultant Rheumatologist based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and London Northwest University Healthcare Trust. She developed a keen interest and subspecialist expertise in metabolic bone diseases, rare bone disorders and transition services during her training rotations at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, University College London and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. In 2021, Dr. Gill was selected for the Royal Osteoporosis Society’s Aspiring Leaders Programme, highlighting her dedication to advancing the field. Her clinical interests include the management of inflammatory bone conditions, particularly those within the CNO spectrum, as well as rare bone diseases that require specialised care. She is passionate about enhancing adolescent care and improving transition services, ensuring seamless care for young patients as they move into adult services. Dr. Gill is a strong advocate for improving access to metabolic bone services and Fracture Liaison
Services (FLS) for underserved populations. She co-chairs the NW London Metabolic Bone Alliance, collaborating with local healthcare providers to improve service delivery, outcomes, and support for individuals with metabolic bone conditions across the region. Her commitment to clinical excellence and service innovation drives her to optimise care provided for those living with metabolic bone diseases.
