Tiba leads on both the innovation and commercialisation of pioneering solutions that meet the needs of the clinical and non-clinical workforce in the NHS. Although Tiba is not a pharmacist herself – her background is Pharma and change management, she is passionate about supporting the profession to fulfil its full potential and ensuring medicines access. Tiba has innovated the SMART workforce and i2i Network digital solutions; comprising competence development tools, education and implementation programmes. These pharmacist - related solutions are commissioned nationally by NHS England and global pharmaceutical companies and have been recognised for their innovative nature by NHS Accelerator programmes.
