Tracy Hedley is a Regional Tutor and Education Supervisor at the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE), supporting pharmacy professionals across England to develop their clinical practice and careers. With over 30 years’ experience spanning community pharmacy, primary care, acute care and education, Tracy brings deep sector insight and a strong patient‑centred focus to her work.
She supports pharmacy professionals through the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway and CPPE Pharmacy technician development programme providing academic and pastoral support, and regularly facilitates learning events in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings. Tracy is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an experienced conference speaker and panel contributor, having delivered multiple sessions at national events including the Clinical Pharmacy Congress.
Passionate about workforce development, sustainability, and the effective use of technology in healthcare, Tracy is known for her engaging, compassionate, and practical approach to education, empowering healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
