Uzo Ibechukwu is Director of Pharmacy for the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust and has also recently held an ICS Chief Pharmacist role. Uzo’s approach frames whole-system workforce transformation as the primary enabler for delivery of the NHS 10-year plan, and a workplace environment of curiosity, improvement and innovation as key to delivery of any strategic objectives.
