Uzo Ibechukwu is Director of Pharmacy at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Trust and recently served as ICS Chief Pharmacist for BSW ICB. He champions whole‑system workforce transformation as the key driver for delivering the NHS 10‑year plan, with a focus on multisector partnerships.
