Yasmin is a highly experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist within the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland ICB, bringing over 25 years of practice across community, hospital, and primary care. Her experience includes delivering patient‑centred medication management and supporting people with complex mental health needs. Passionate about improving patient care, Yasmin currently works strategically in primary care, leading a number of system‑wide workstreams, including STOMP/STAMP. She regularly trains primary care teams and champions reasonable adjustments, partnership working, and improved health outcomes for people with diverse needs.
