Zoe Girdis is a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber and senior healthcare leader with national and international experience across the UK and Australia. She specialises in clinical policy, prescribing practice, and education, with a strong focus on patient-centred care through shared decision making, deprescribing and polypharmacy optimisation. Zoe has held strategic roles across NHS systems NICE and professional bodies, translating policy and guidance into frontline impact. She leads large-scale education programmes for prescribers including HIN Polypharmacy Action Learning sets and PrescQIPP's Prescribing Mastery series , and works at the interface of clinical practice, system leadership, and academia, driving innovation and improving outcomes across healthcare.
