FAQ'S - Delegate Attendee Information

To register for a free delegate pass for the Clinical Pharmacy Congress North, simply visit our Registration page and follow the prompts.

We appreciated that your time is precious and so you don't have to attend the event for the whole two days - you can come for as little as an hour. However, if you know you 100% are no longer able to attend, we ask that you cancel your delegate registration using the online cancellation form in order to avoid being invoiced for non-attendance.

Please note we will not reply to delegate cancellation requests, these will be processed after the show. As long as you submit a form you do not have to worry.

If you reside outside the UK, are not a UK-registered healthcare professional, or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase passes. Commercial passes are priced at £999+VAT

Your paid delegate badge will provide you access to both the exhibition and all conference and workshop theatres.

Please note, commercial companies will be invoiced £999+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals.

Yes, the Clinical Pharmacy Congress conference programme is CPD . All delegates attending CPD sessions (and who are correctly scanned in/out of the conference theatre for each relevant session) will be awarded CPD certification.

CPD certificates will be emailed to all eligible delegates within 8 weeks after the show.

If you don't receive your CPD certificate within the expected time frame, please contact the Event Team on cpcmarketing@closerstillmedia.com - please ensure to include your full name and badge code in your email. Your badge code can be found in your original registration confirmation email.
