Introduction

FFAIR is an exhibitor management platform that simplifies how you interact with the event organiser and prepare to exhibit at an event. On FFAIR you can:

• Manage Pre-Event Tasks: FFAIR provides a clear list of tasks you need to complete before the event, assigned to you by the event organiser. You’ll receive notifications and reminders to help you stay on track.

• View Event Information: On the Show Info page, you can view the event manual, created by the event organiser. This manual will provide you with all the details you need in the run-up to and during the event.

• View Stand Details: You can view details about your stand, including its location and layout.

• Shop at the Exhibitor Shop: Access the Exhibitor Shop to purchase additional services or products to enhance your presence at the event, such as custom graphics, additional booth furnishings, or promotional materials.

On the dashboard, you can view all your information and task progress. As the show draws closer, important dates and deadlines for your tasks will be displayed there.

• Tasks: A quick overview of the status of the tasks on your task list. Tasks which are Overdue/To do need to be completed.

• Orders: View any orders placed by your company via the Exhibitor Shop.

• Calendar: View important dates, including task deadlines. Task deadline days will be marked with a red dot.

Your Package: View your package information here. This information is provided by the event organiser.

This page contains all the tasks that need to be completed for your stand. Tasks are sorted by due date, with the closest at the top of your task list, so please take note of the due dates.

To start a task, click on it from the Tasks list and complete the required actions. Tasks may require different responses, including ‘File Upload,’ ‘Multiple Choice,’ or ‘Click to Confirm.’

To assist you, we will send friendly email reminders as the deadline approaches. These reminders will be sent from an info@ffair.io email address, so kindly add this domain to your safe senders list.

In this section, you will find all the information you need about the event. While we encourage you to read everything thoroughly, we understand that you have a busy schedule. Therefore, we have designed it in a way that allows you to easily search for specific information when you need it.

The Exhibitor Shop offers an exciting opportunity for you to purchase from the event organiser's trusted suppliers. By using the Exhibitor Shop, you can enjoy the convenience of a single checkout, saving you time.
