What kind of evidence should I include?

Evidence can be formal or informal. Strong nominations often include examples of:

  • improvements delivered and sustained

  • leadership and influence across services

  • education, research, publications or national contributions

  • mentorship and long-term development of others

Can teams be nominated?

This recognition is for individuals. If your impact was delivered as part of a team, explain the nominee’s specific role and contribution.

Who can submit a nomination?

Anyone with a legitimate professional connection or insight into the nominee’s work.
