As part of Clinical Pharmacy Congress, widely recognised as Europe’s largest event dedicated to clinical pharmacy professionals, the Poster Zone supports the exchange of knowledge, learning and evidence-led practice across hospital pharmacy, primary care, integrated care systems and wider healthcare settings.
Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2026 takes place on 8–9 May 2026 at ExCeL London, bringing together thousands of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, researchers, educators and NHS leaders for two days of education, networking and collaboration.

How the Poster Zone Works
Abstract Submission
Review and Selection
All abstracts are reviewed and scored by an expert judging panel, including members of the Clinical Pharmacy Congress advisory board. Submissions are assessed for quality, relevance and impact on clinical pharmacy practice.
The judging and marking period runs from 7 March to 3 April 2026.
Poster Presentation
Poster Zone Awards
To further highlight your hard work and increase engagement, we're excited to introduce the Poster Zone Awards.
During the event, attendees will be able to vote for their favourite posters via our online voting portal.
Each accepted poster will have a unique link and QR code to help presenters promote their work during the event.
Voting is only open during the event, and each attendee can vote only once—so it’s a level playing field.
The Awards Ceremony
The top three posters with the most votes will be recognised at the Poster Zone Awards Ceremony, taking place on Saturday 9 May 2026 at 3pm in the Showcase Theatre.

Application Process and Guidance
All poster abstracts submitted to the Poster Zone at Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2026 are reviewed by an independent adjudication panel, including members of the Clinical Pharmacy Congress advisory board.
The panel assesses submissions to determine which abstracts are accepted for live poster presentation at the Congress. Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to attend Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2026 to present their work during the Poster Zone sessions.
Decisions made by the adjudication panel are final.
Companies associated with members of the judging panel are not normally eligible for consideration.
Poster criteria
Abstracts should demonstrate a positive and/or innovative contribution to clinical pharmacy practice and/or patient care.

Adjudication process
How Abstracts Are Assessed
All abstracts are evaluated by the independent adjudication panel against the following criteria:

The adjudication panel’s decision is final and will not be subject to further discussion or correspondence.
