Abstract Submission

Abstract submissions open on 12 January 2026 and close on 6 March 2026. Contributors are invited to submit an abstract outlining their project, findings or service development in line with the published guidelines.

Review and Selection

All abstracts are reviewed and scored by an expert judging panel, including members of the Clinical Pharmacy Congress advisory board. Submissions are assessed for quality, relevance and impact on clinical pharmacy practice.

The judging and marking period runs from 7 March to 3 April 2026.

Poster Presentation

Authors will receive their results from 8 April 2026, allowing time to prepare posters ahead of the Congress. Selected posters will be displayed in the Poster Zone at Clinical Pharmacy Congress London 2026 from Friday 8 May, with presentations scheduled across Friday and Saturday, subject to availability.

Poster Zone Awards

To further highlight your hard work and increase engagement, we're excited to introduce the Poster Zone Awards.

During the event, attendees will be able to vote for their favourite posters via our online voting portal.

Each accepted poster will have a unique link and QR code to help presenters promote their work during the event.

Voting is only open during the event, and each attendee can vote only once—so it’s a level playing field.

The Awards Ceremony

The top three posters with the most votes will be recognised at the Poster Zone Awards Ceremony, taking place on Saturday 9 May 2026 at 3pm in the Showcase Theatre.

Whether you're presenting or voting, the Poster Zone is an unmissable part of your Congress experience.
