Share Your Work on a Bigger Platform
The Showcase Theatre is an evolution of the Poster Zone and gives delegates the opportunity to speak on a bigger platform at Clinical Pharmacy Congress.
It is designed for pharmacy professionals who want to present excellent projects, findings or initiatives and lead peer led discussions with colleagues from across the clinical pharmacy community.
The Showcase Theatre creates space for grassroots clinical pharmacy professionals to share real work, real learning and real impact in a live setting.

What Is the Showcase Theatre?
The Showcase Theatre is a live presentation theatre located on the Clinical Pharmacy Congress show floor.
Selected delegates deliver short talks and lead discussions focused on projects, findings and examples of good practice from across clinical pharmacy. Sessions are practical, experience led and focused on learning that can be applied in real world settings.
The Showcase Theatre bridges the gap between poster presentations and larger conference stages, offering a supportive step up for those ready to share their work with a wider audience.
Who Is the Showcase Theatre For?
The Showcase Theatre is open to all pharmacy professionals who have valuable work to share.
It is particularly suited to:
- Pharmacy professionals presenting for the first time
- Delegates who have previously presented a poster and want to take the next step
- Individuals or teams with a strong project, service improvement or set of findings
- Those who want to lead peer led discussion and share learning
You do not need extensive speaking experience. What matters is the quality, relevance and value of the work you want to present.
How to Take Part
To be considered for a speaking slot in the Showcase Theatre, delegates must submit a request as part of the Clinical Pharmacy Congress Call for Papers.
In your submission, you will be asked to outline:
- What the work or project is
- Why it is relevant to clinical pharmacy practice or patient care
- What delegates will learn from your session
Due to the limited number of Showcase Theatre sessions available, not all submissions can be accepted.
Why Apply to the Showcase Theatre?
Presenting in the Showcase Theatre allows you to:
- Showcase the great work you have been doing
- Share learning and experience with peers
- Build confidence in presenting and public speaking
- Gain exposure within the clinical pharmacy community
- Take a clear step towards presenting on a larger platform in the future
For many delegates, the Showcase Theatre is a natural progression from the Poster Zone and an important part of professional development.
How the Showcase Theatre Fits Within CPC
The Showcase Theatre sits within the wider Clinical Pharmacy Congress Call for Papers, alongside the Poster Zone and the CPC Awards.
Together, these routes allow pharmacy professionals to:
- Present work in poster format
- Speak and lead discussions in the Showcase Theatre
- Receive recognition for excellence and impact through the CPC Awards
This structure supports learning, progression and recognition across the clinical pharmacy profession
Process and Guidance:
All Showcase Theatre applications will be reviewed by an independent adjudication panel.
The panel will convene in March 2026 to assess all submissions received through the Clinical Pharmacy Congress Call for Papers. Applicants will be contacted if they have been accepted to present in the Showcase Theatre.
Due to the limited number of Showcase Theatre sessions available, not all submissions can be accepted.
The adjudication panel’s decision is final and the panel will not enter into discussion or correspondence regarding individual applications. These rules and guidance may be updated at the discretion of the panel.
